2Account Rules

Accurate and complete information is required when registering on bqji. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and balances may be forfeited.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account on bqji. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• Please provide your correct name, date of birth, and phone number during registration.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Accounts may not be shared with or used by third parties.
• If KYC verification (proof of identity) is requested, it must be submitted within 7 days.
• If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed.
• Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.

3Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on bqji. Proof of age may be requested during verification — such as a copy of your National ID or passport.

If a user registers with a false age and this is later verified, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Participation in online gaming must be legal under the laws of your country.
• Users from restricted countries or regions are not eligible for our services.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh can be used for deposits on bqji. Deposited funds are generally credited to your bqji wallet within a few minutes.

• No additional fees on deposits.

• If you experience a deposit issue, contact support within 24 hours.

5Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings from bqji, you need to submit a withdrawal request. Processing is typically completed within 3 to 15 minutes, though first-time withdrawals may take longer if KYC verification is pending.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.

8Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack or launch a cyber attack on the platform.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players.
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities.
